Senator Dyson, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the adoption of the Health, Education and Social Services Senate Committee Substitute offered on page 2611. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 31(HES) was adopted. Senators Elton, Dyson, Davis, Kookesh, Ellis, Gary Stevens, Guess, Cowdery moved and asked unanimous consent to be shown as cross sponsors on the resolution. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the resolution be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage.
